IRS Reviews Private Debt Collection Contracts, Decides Not to Renew
I can believe this because although government departments are often inefficient, the private sector in this case may need to get clarifications from the IRS, get things wrong or use some staff who are not knowledgeable enough. They also may not be able to be sypathetic, something that is needed right now.
